The CONGO AFRICAN GREY baby "Shawnee," now called "Tupac" just found a wonderful home. Shawnee and Lulu's parents John and Woo Wu now have 4 new babies, hatched in early July '07! These babies have turned out great, and are the lighter colored African grays, more desirable, I have heard. Shawnee's sister is a cutie is named Lulu, hatched in September '04, who whistles and makes the sweetest noises. She is now happily residing in Spokane, Washington, when she isn't traveling around with her new mom and dad. She is nibbling on rice and mashed vegies, especially loving sweet potatoes, and oranges, and she has unshelled almonds and peanuts, and some people food too. She seems to love bananas the most. Lulu loves to be cuddled and comes out of the cage willingly to perch on my finger. She likes to play, but also will sit quietly. |
